Sanders was our last stop when shopping due to a misunderstanding. When arriving at Sanders, I immediately noticed a home feeling. The homes had excellent display set up. The way everything was placed help me truly see what a potential home would look like. I didn't realize it was getting close to closing time, but Gale still showed us around past hours. Since that day, Gale has been there through some pretty rough challenges (our end not Sander's fault). Bless him though as I am a very through person and I am sure, he is tired of me although he has never given any indication of irritation. He is always smiling and so kind. I was impressed with the way Dale Boyd greeted us the first day we stopped to look at the mobile homes on the lot. He asked what we were looking for, then pointed out the homes he thought fitted our needs. He gave us a paper showing us where each one was located, then he said they were open and for us to look at them and to take as much time as needed. There was no sales pitch, no pressure, just a feeling of welcome and that he was available for any questions. The day we were approved, he immediately sent an email congratulating us! And when we went to his office to discuss the next steps, again he made us feel right at home, and went over details making sure we were getting what we wanted. If you're looking for a mobile home, this is the place to go. As we're getting the paperwork for the mortgage company gathered, Trent Sanders checked with us to see if he could help with anything. Trent and Dale have made us feel very comfortable from start to finish, but never once attempted to talk us into something we did not want. Our brick home was built in 1956—3 Bedrm/2 Baths, garage, Dbl carport, big front porch on acreage. Planned major updates all new plumbing, electric, HVAC, new roof w/decking tear-off replacement… remodeling. Realized putting $85,000+ by now & being at contractors’ mercy showing up or even finishing our project—our friends’ are still waiting on theirs after 17 months—was not for us! We’d noticed in recent years big improvements asthetically & in whole systems’ efficiency in modular & manufactured homes. We knew Sanders Manufactured Housing has operated in Pensacola for decades, saw owner Jeff Sanders’ infomercials a few yrs ago, one featured using cranes to install a huge beautiful modular beachfront home in sections. I briefly waited on Jeff Sanders yrs ago doing business at the office where I worked, remembered as a customer he was quiet, respectful, sincere—not a stereotypical sales person. We stopped in at Sanders to tour a particular home 10 yrs ago, noticed Sanders always has more inventory variety in size, style, price—more modern, high quality lot models. Mortgage rates were 1.5–2.0 percent when we began looking…now almost 8.0! So this spring we purchased a home from Trent Sanders, Jeff’s son who is a true expert in financing programs available nationwide and made the purchasing process go smoothly…we were approved at great low rate in approx 3 days. We had toured homes at all companies within 60 mile radius…some didn’t call back, some told different prices & promises on 2nd phone calls. Some were obviously clueless, dishonest, rude—Always thought, don’t trust this place, these people. At Sanders, we felt like they knew their product…they love their family owned business, it matters to them how customers are treated. I always felt Mr. Jeff Sanders would not allow fraud, deceit, sloppiness. Felt if something went wrong along the way, I knew he and Trent would make it right. And their Closing Specialist Karen is the most knowledgeable, brilliant Closer we have ever worked with, so professional—we know—we have been to several closings in business. Followup has always been quick—insurance details, what’s best to do in 28 degree temps, etc. We would not do business with any other company; would not feel comfortable, secure with another company. Due to Covid 19, purchasing our new house was quite an experience. We signed our contract with Sanders and paid in full in April of 2021. The original timeline for completion was September 2021; however, that did not happen. Because of the lockdowns, many disruptions in supply chains heavily impacted the manufacturing industry. Sanders updated us that the timeline would be impacted and shifted back to December. Thankfully, that deadline was met & our home was completed in conjunction with the new deadline.Through it all, Sanders was upfront, informing us of what was happening.Cavalier Homes honored our contract, not increasing our price, even though they had to increase prices on all houses due to inflation they had to pay for all materials, appliances, etc.We finally moved into our house one year later. As expected, there were some repairs needed. Again because of a shortage of workers, it took a while to get everything done. However, Dave Webb and Jonathan Baker took care of everything in a very satisfactory manner.Overall, we would highly recommend Sanders Manufactured Houses and its team; Trent and Jeff Sanders were particularly helpful in keeping us informed and fulfilling our requests. We appreciated the transparency and candor that they maintained throughout the entire process. Even with everything going on that was out of their control, they kept us in the loop and did everything they could to get us in our home as quickly as possible while honoring our contract. Less

GORGEOUS, BEAUTIFUL & most definitely thinking of purchasing. The BEST part for me is that when I entered this place of business a gentleman came out from his office and asked us what he could help us with, & our reply was that at the moment we are just looking. This kind man told us which trailer home's were for show & said "go look around & when your done if you have any questions, please come back in & feel free to ask". Now this is how I personally love to do things. I don't like a salesperson breathing down the back of my neck, it irritates me so very much. My son & I went about our business and trust me when I say this, ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! When we finished, we walked back into the office & the gentleman came out & asked if we had any questions. My son & the gentleman talked price & so on. He gave my son the floor lay-out & price on 3 different trailer homes that he is interested in & also his business card & told my son if he should think of any questions to feel free to call him. Again, I'm just so sorry I didn't get his name. I'm so terrible at that asking for names & although my son has his business card he resides in Connecticut for another week but this is exactly the way I love to shop hands down.
